<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I am looking for a better deal for my grand-mother. She is 80 years old, only has the landline and wifi in. She is paying 70-80£ a month, and I think it’s a joke. She ends up with late payments every month, which takes her bill to over £110.
