Hi All
Following an email from Digital Voice Comms in January 2024. Advising that I could move to FTTP in order to be ready for the PSTN closure in the future. I decided to take the Halo 3 option.
Now first bill I'm not being charged the extra £0.01 as detailed in the email. I'm being charged the new contract amount of £23.06 plus the old contract amount of £23.05 which is now called "Line Rental"
Multiple calls to 0330 1234 150 have led nowhere. A colleague is having the same issue and as followed the form requests, which have not been actioned.
