Why does my bill keep going to my old email address? I login with my new email and it's the only one showing on my account and yet the bill still keeps going to the old email address.
Any ideas on how I can get it sorted?
Hi @MKD1, sorry your bill notifications are getting sent to an old email address.
Get in touch with our billing team on this link Broadband | BT Help and choose the option to 'Message now' and they'll be able to update this for you.
