I have a message showing saying my bill wasnt paid on time, overdue amount will be on nextt bill...checked my bank and full amount came out on the due date as normal. Anyone else had this? Its on DD so not sure how i could pay it late?
Where did the message com from, are you sure it was from BT. Did it give you a link to login to your BT account?
There are loads of fake emails doing the rounds, they are not from BT, and usually contain a fake link to login to your account, so they can get your login details.
