Bill

I need more time to pay my bill but need my internet switched on   I did not receive an email or bill regarding this bill

You need to call BT 0800.800.150 and explain your situation to them to see if they will give you more time to pay. If you don't do that you will be cut offand charged a re connection fee when you do finally pay your bill.

As regards not being emailed or notified, I presume you have been billed in the past and you are aware that you will have a bill at some point which you can check by logging onto your MyBT.

You'll need to call, this is mainly a customer to customer support forum.

 

As an aside I know you never received any notifications but your bill should be the same date each month anyway
