Received a letter says I will be cut off if I don’t pay.  I cannot afford to pay until I get my wages on 30th April

Indeed, this is the fourth time since 2022 that the OP has asked exactly the same question and they have received the same advice in response from members already here. Which begs the question, why?

@SEJ2  No one has a problem with giving you advice, but when you repeatedly ask the exact  same question 4 times over 4 years and are given the same responses from other very helpful forum members, it makes others wonder why you keep asking? You are fully aware that there are no BT staff here to assist with account issues, so call BT billing.

I appreciate not everyone will agree with my tone, but I tell it how it is. I hope you get it sorted.

@SEJ2 With Forums it's often worth checking to see if a question has already been asked rather than start a new topic, but we're always happy to help point you in the right direction 😊
