Re: Billing

That's good to hear.

After your phone call did you also have email confirmation advising your increase will be £3 rather than the £6 original quoted?

Was there any indication you have entered into a new 24 month contract?

I ask these questions as I have my fingers crossed that action already taken be me should mean my bill after 1 April will be the same as that which I am currently paying (i.e. I will not be affected by any price increase).

Re: Billing

I have no written confirmation  of  the telephone conversation .     The new calculation I was given  is consistent with my own so I expect it to be applied to my account for my April  bill.  What BT say and what they do are not always the same thing so  I  hope they are true to their word.  I would expect to find this information in the myBT format but can not see any mention of the price increase.
