Make sure your customer account number matches your log in details

If you are able to login but not seeing any bill details, it is worth checking that it is the account number that is linked as @Kodikid mentioned.
If it isn't, and you aren't able to add the correct account, or if it is the correct one, contact our Account & Billing guides who can help to get it working as it should be.
