I recently recontracted my BT Contract, With the ok.?. That I would keep the same price of £64.31 Per Monthly Bill, But I have noticed recently that my bill price has gone to £66.52.?.
I only recontacted my previous contract, Because was suppose to keep the same price per month until November 2027, Of £64.31.?.

@Mysteriouskin Any queries about your bill you would have to speak directly to BT about. This is a customer to customer help forum and there are no BT staff here to assist you with account problems.

Exactly the same happened to me in the same circumstances.m I waited for the next full billing period to see if it sorted itself out but it hasn't.
As it is clearly happening to multiple people, it seems to be a systemic issue rather than just the odd mistake.
Personally I will be lodging a complaint.
