Blue light

I recently renewed my bb through blue light with the reward of a gift card. This was in sept last year. Ive never heard any more or received the gift. I spoke with light blue they told me to contact bt. I done this tonight. They operator was great but didnt resolve the problem and asked my to write in here to see if anyone can help.
