BritBox - STILL being charged after cancelling TWICE

I’ve just looked at my BT bill - admittedly for the first time in a while - and was surprised to see that I am still being charged for a Brit box subscription which I have already cancelled (not once but twice). I no longer even have a BT TV package so how is this possible?! It also doesn’t show up in my products when I manage my account via My BT.

I was prepared to accept that I may have forgotten to cancel the subscription following the free trial (probably around 18 months ago) but when I realised I was being charged, DEFINITELY called and requested a cancellation.

How am I still being charged and will BT refund me for the erroneous charges dating back many months?

Anyone else experienced this?

Sorry that you're still getting charged for Britbox after you cancelled BT TV and then contacted back to query this charge since then. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to get fixed correctly for you.
