Unable to connect account to BT ID

New customer. I've tried several times last night and this morning to link account to my BT ID but just keep getting yellow box saying "You don't have any accounts you can manage".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Foster5467, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Sorry that you're unable to add your account to your BTID. You can call into customer services on 0800 800 150 and they'll be able to add it for you.

Alternatively, I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help.
