Broadband Contrct

We have taken out a new contract for our broadband over 48 hours ago and as yet we have not seen the contract and am unable to see on MYBT my new contract. Has anyone got any ideas how to get a copy of our new contract

Are you an existing BT broadband customer renewing contract, a completely new customer to BT broadband or switching to BT broadband from another ISP?

When you ordered your package you should have been sent an email with a "Contract Summary" of what you ordered. 

If you did not receive the email you should check your spam folder in case it is there.

Your MyBT does not show any specific contract, it just shows what you ordered and when it ends. Everything else is contained in BT's Terms and Conditions.

If you log onto your MyBT and go to "Track your Order" it will show what you ordered and if the order is completed.

If it is completed if you go to "Your Products" then "Your Broadband"  it will show what your broadband package consists of. 

If you scroll down you will then see "Your Contract" details which show the length of your contract.
