Hi all,
recently signed up to BT Broadband because tempted by £25 Broadband Genie gift card.
The Broadband Genie tracker keeps saying "We are waiting for the provider to approve your sale. Please allow 120 days from installation and activation date".
Can anyone please help me to get BT to approve the sale? I am well after the 14 day cooling off period now.
