Yesterday I canceled my order to downgrade my broadband connection as cancelled my phone line but I phoned up straight away to cancel my downgrade but for sum reasons the order come through to downgrade my speed but I want my speed back up to 60
so can anyone help me with this please

Some orders complete super quickly, a change of speed is done quickly, so you might of been passed the point of no return.
