Broadband not connecting

Hi ,I have a problem with my broadband. 

I woke and my phone wasn't connecting to WIFI ,beside the WiFi sign is exclamation mark and it requires sign in.I tried to click on sign in and it says my broadband is restricted and I need to pay my bill.

Bill is up to date ,no outstanding balance .Had chat with advisor ,she confirmed no outstanding bill no restrictions .

She advices to restore to factory settings,I followed but no changes .

Any idea ,what could be the problem ?
