I've placed an order with BT for broadband and home phone number. My virgin media should be finishing on the 8th . I wanted my broadband to start on the 31st October with BT . But I have received no information on when,how, will my broadband be arriving ,or has it been set up . I have no correspondence at all. I tried logging into my BT which I set up and it is saying not active. I know that we had a problem with virgin cancelling my order ,but I was told they reordered after I had sorted out virgin media. If anyone can help ,that would be very helpful.
