@Keith_Beddoe thank you Keith, much appreciated.
Hi @RhOda, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
I'm sorry that you're still waiting for your broadband to be connected. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get connected.
Cheers

Update! RESULT! my router switched to BLUE around 10am today.
Thank you @JohnC2 for your regular updates and dogged determination to find an answer.
I’m unsure as to whether I am due compensation or not since my landline switch on the arranged date of 11th October. I have spent around £50 on data to keep up with essential university work (barely had 3G in this area until end of last year so my phone contract only had 2g data per month)
Right now I’m just happy to be up and running!
Hi @RhOda, thanks for the update and great to hear you got back online on the 4th.
Compensation should be applied automatically to your account. I'll check on this and update you tomorrow.
Cheers
John
Quick post to close down this thread.
Thank you everyone who helped and passed my issue over to JohnC2 who dedicated himself to getting me up and running far, far quicker than I expected (mid Dec was my guess! but it was on by 1st week Nov.
I wish OR would upgrade our exchange even to late 20th century standards (seriously)
Thanks all, happy festive season.
I have been sufficiently credited to leave me bill free for several months of social tariff which even though a reduced rate is a wonderful relief.
