I did an uprade to my broadband with BT on 19th of January, which was supposed to be activated on the following day. (from FIBRE 2 to FIBRE 100)
It is now 31st of May ...
All I have is this message in the tracking:

ONT exists with active service. No spare ports are available. Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered.
