Im a new customer and just started a new contract. One of the things that made me switch was that i would get a 4g hub tomorrow to give me a connection untill my smart hub 2 was installrd but i have no email confirmation or texts about the 4g hub arriving.
Do they normally let you know about that or not because i really need wifi as i havent had any for almost 40 hours
