Bt app not showing bills or usage

Hi on my bt app its not showing the bills or usage and it just says a message saying, sorry your not able to view your bills or usage isnt available at the moment. Were just fixing a fault with my bt so please try again later and it never changes from this please advise.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
