I have changed my bt login details to a different email address as well as contact email to a different address however when I make any changes I still get the notification to my old email address I am sick of trying to sort this out I followed all the steps still no luck !! Can someone help please

I am sorry for the problems you're having receiving emails about your BTID. I understand that you have recently changed your email address but notifications are still going to the old mailbox.
