So I was a previous customer very glad I’m not now as you are cons, so the day my bill was due I paid it but later on that day u cancelled my bt. I had called u was told it was a error an I can set up new account etc.. anyway months down the lines I had no tv contacted u loads of times kept on phone over a hour to be told oh because u cancelled u have a final bill to pay I said no cuz it was ur error. Was told it’s fine set up new account an that money would be wavered after 2weeks. But I that info was wrong cuz I couldn’t set up new account cuz ur error. Again was on the phone for a few more weeks an asked to resolve it by speaking to manager I was told she would call back but she didn’t so I called again to be told she will contact u the next day now, but the next day I got a email saying issue resolved I was like oh I didn’t speak to anyone but ok as long as it’s resolved. I went on to get sky and a year later I get a letter from u saying I oh u over 900£ are u guys ok is this wat u do con people

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does NOT go to BT.  you need to phone CS 03301234150 or you can try billing using message now and see if they can help
