Like a few others i had a new broadband package installed on the 26/11/2025 i claimed the reward card without any issues after waiting 30 days contacted customer service and The Card service team, Who couldn’t help ☹️

I claimed it successfully on the 25/11/2025 received a email confirmation on 25/11/2025 of the claim made successfully, No other communication since it’s been over 30 days

I only joined BT as they were offering the reward card , I’m really disappointed ☹️
I've got the same issue here - £80 reward card claimed back in August 2025, with a confirmation Email but nothing since. There's no trace of the reward card in my online account.
I have called 4 times in the past months and each time I was told to wait another 30 days, and still nothing.
This hasn't been the best experience so far, as the reward card made me choose BT over other options available. I would appreciate your help with this. Thanks!
