Hi @Abhinav, thanks for clarifying that for us. If it's still not working then the best option would be to delete the BTID and set it up again. We would need to do the delete for you so I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with us and get this resolved.

The BTID has been deleted now so please set it up again at www.bt.com/mybt and choose the option for Don't have a BTID - 'Create One' and it should work ok for you.
