Can not validate

Hello, I am unable to validate my account. Whenever I try to put in my birth date it says it is incorrect...

Hi @Abhinav, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

Are you trying to set up your BTID or having trouble resetting your email password?

Hi @Abhinav, thanks for clarifying that for us. If it's still not working then the best option would be to delete the BTID and set it up again. We would need to do the delete for you so I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with us and get this resolved.

Hi @Abhinav, thanks for taking the time to speak with me on Saturday. 

The BTID has been deleted now so please set it up again at www.bt.com/mybt and choose the option for Don't have a BTID - 'Create One' and it should work ok for you.
