I'm trying to access my last quarterly bill via MyBT and the 3 Dots have been bouncing around for the last hour on either my laptopr or smartphone.
Can you confirm if there are currently any issues with this please ?

As of right now there are no issues reported that could be causing this.
Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache on either device to see if that bill comes up for you?
Do any of your other bills come up ok?

Thanks for responding.
Cookies & Cache cleared on laptop and iphone, no access to bills.
loaded on personal Android phone and still get bouncing balls, no access to bills.
Is there any other way to access bills other than via MyBT ?
Everything else on other websites works fine.
Also updated my package earlier (after originally trying to download bill)

Thanks for getting back to me @russellj65,
On your laptop could you try and access the bill using private mode from your browser or incognito mode depending on the browser that you have? Also, on your phones, did you use the MyBT app and still had an issue or was it the website on your phones? This may be an account issue rather than a device issue which is why I'm asking. We'd have to try and fix the problem and potentially post out a bill in the meantime.

Thanks for the email.
I have accessed the MyBT app from my phone and the 'Your bills' is blank ?
I tried on my laptop using 'incognito mode' and again I just get bouncing balls !!!!
I havent received a bill since November 2022.
My Bills wer paid in 15th February 2023 & 16th May 2023.
If you could forward the bills for these in a paper format I'd appreciate it.
