Can’t activate Game pass ultimate after upgrade


Hi,

I recently upgraded to the 900mb service from 500 and was advised by text and email that I could have 12 months gamepass. This was in addition to the 6 months free I got when I took out the 500mb service. However now I cannot even see the option for gamepass under my products in BT despite me being well beyond the 14 days cooling off period on the new contract and still being inside the original free period for the next few weeks. When I log on to the My BT webpage I get the option to add game pass but get the same error as others with the Unable to process your request please try again. This was after having the down for maintenance for 2 weeks previously. I also phoned customer services and again like others cannot get this resolved.

I’d appreciate it if anyone can help here.
