Hi,
I have a BT broadband account(1gig) and I am fully paid up with no debt, but when I go to add BT Tv to my account, when it reaches the final stage of placing the order online, I get a error message "We can not procced with the order" and that's that, dumped back to the bt site.
Why is this? I have been a customer for over a year, and have paid this month's bill on time. Should I contact BT online or is it possibly a credit-check fail? I was going for the 30gb a month entertainment package, without home install.

With this being a customer support forum we can't answer why it's not adding. There is however a minimum speed needed for TV to work, providing you get a decent speed on your line it should be OK.
I would contact the sales team at BT and they will be able to check it out for you.
