Hi,
I have received email and text that I can claim my BT reward card, but it is impossible to do so.
My 2 previous accounts show as " GBXXXXXXXX - XXXXXXXXXX " but the newest one that is associated with the reward card shows as " - XXXXXXXXXX ", with the GBXXXXXXXX part missing.
I have tried to claim from PC (linux+ windows OS, browsers: firefox, edge, chrome) and Android phone with no success. Account cannot even be selected when I'm on PC, and nothing shows up after selecting on Android phone, picture attached.
Could somebody advise what to do to claim it?

I rang the number and they were able to help me claim it; got my email confirmation and everything.
