I am having the same issue the email and text link just make me log in and nothing else happens

If you've had your contract for more than 14 days and you aren't able to claim the reward card, please get in touch with our billing guides who will be able to help you to get it arranged.

There is nothing about the reward card on that link
There won't be anything directly about the reward card @Paulgrant94, it is the link to our Contact Us page for you to get in touch with our Accounts & Billing team.
When you contact them, either over the phone or by chat, they'll be able to access your account to help.

Yeah is exactly what happened to me .. i still have never received anything or ever had a link to ever claim reward , i phoned a while ago and was told just to wait … so the £50 reward card that i wanted i have now missed out on …
