I've had the email telling me to claim my £50 reward card but it just brings me to my BT account, it's unnecessary stress, I thought it would be simple, please help.

Hi Peter thankyou for your quick response, i ordered the BB on the 8th and had an email within a couple days later telling me to claim clicking the link below, which i did took me to my BT account nothing there regarding reward, so i assumed i’ll wait until it was installed today , had two more txts saying claim reward before today’s install and still nothing, had another email today saying dont forget to claim, pressed the link and still nothing.. just takes me to the main account and nothing, done this via the app…. Apart from the usual categories, billing etc nothing Hope that all makes sense …Chris

Hi there peter, that also took me to a page that i honestly did not see any reward claim anywhere, apart from sign up for BT sports, EE broadband and Sim cards …. Maybe im missing something ill call up no worries …
