Can't link account to BT ID for app

Hi

I am unable to connect my account for accessing the BT App. The app allows me to sign in then pops up with a message stating no account linked to BT ID. I have tried adding this as prompted but it fails. I am using a Samsung mobile and have uninstalled the app and cleared the cache but the issue remains. My granddaughter has also tried downloading the app on her iPhone and encountered the same error. Looking at previous asks on forum resetting the password was suggested but this also hasn't resolved issue possibly need full account / BT ID reset? Need app access to block / manage device time limits on my wifi for grandkids  Thanks Eileen

Yeah, I'd suggest calling bt and asking them to delete your BTID and then just set it up from scratch. Its high key annoying but its probably easier than spending 40 minutes on a call with them trying to troubleshoot it before ending up deleting it anyway.
