Very confused with what is going on - can anyone help please? For a few days now I have been asked for a passcode sent to my mobile every time I open BT on my PC, and it's getting very annoying. Is this the new norm?
Then a new development today - I can't open My BT. It's not recognising my password even though I haven't changed recently. So I tried changing the password and it won't let me do that either. What is happening?
