Hope someone can help, renewed our phone line contract with BT and since then can't login to our online account. Set it up, created password but when trying to login it says not recognised and when we select forgotten details it asks for email or ID, then for us to say we aren't a robot and then goes back to asking for email or ID and just goes round and round in circles.
Can someone help as this is driving me mad.
@johnelsie35 I'm sorry about that, please can you try clearing your browser cookies and cache to try and alternative browser and attempt the password reset process again?

Nope, still goes round and round to the captcha screen.
even tried on an incognito window and still the same 😞
@johnelsie35 I'm sorry, I'd recommend getting in touch with the helpdesk and they'll raise a case to get that sorted.
