We currently have BT Full fibre 500 with Halo 2, with a 700 minutes calling plan.
We are now out of contract, and I omitted to renew our Line Rental Saver in December (grr). On trying to initiate a new Line Rental Saver today, the option does not appear on the order form.
Searching the forums, I have found an entry that suggests that I cannot now renew the LRS without re- negotiating our whole BB contract - at increased cost, of course!
Is this true?

Thanks for your speedy reply David! I have tried the online order process, but just end up with options to alter my calling features. Looks like I'll have to try the phone call option.
