Hi,
last week I phoned BT to renew my BB contract.. I was moved to EE but I called the next day to cancel EE and I wanted to stay with BT, at least for now. The EE order has been canceled . Now I'm on rolling contract with BT but I can't access My Products page under my account , it says error We can't get your account details at the moment . We're trying to fix the problem, come back later. It's been like days since last week.
I can't renew online as I don't have options due to this error page.
I don't want to call BT because they will ask me again to move to EE. Before I had the option on the webpage to renew BT now I can't do anything
what shall I do?
have you tried the retention team and see if they can renew your contract and get better deal 08007831401
it's the retentions team who I called last week and convinced to move to EE
