Can't see or track my new order - who do i contact?

Hi

I'm a new customer moving to BT from another provider. Placed my order last month but other than the confirmation on the day i've heard nothing. No email or anything. I have set up a BT ID and verified this but the order is not showing and i keep getting error messages. 

I used to be a BT customer years ago and wondered if this would affect anything as it still shows that i have an account number but nothing seems joined up and i can't seem to find a number or options to call or email anyone

I am sorry for the confusion about your recent order.  Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 and one of the team will be able to help you out.

Cheers for the help. Called them up went through the issues and it turned out that there was a mistake on the application and it hadn't been picked up by referrals to move it forward. All sorted now. Thank you
