I cannot find the cancel subscription page.
Please can somebody point me in the right direction?
THANK YOU! 😄

Hi, @not-good on the 'Your Home page' screen there should be a cancel subscription link. If you have more than one account number associated with your BT ID make sure you've selected the correct one from the drop-down menu. Post back and let me know if you need any further help.

Thank you.
If I could see it I would have not asked.
Is it at the top or bottom? To the left or to the right? Or is it hidden in a tab?
Simply log into MyBT, find BT Sport Monthly Pass and choose ‘Cancel subscription’. - isn't much help.
The text on the screen says..........
Restart your subscription to get access to every BT Sport channel on your phone or tablet. Premier League football, boxing, MotoGP and much more, plus every UEFA Champions League game.
Where from there please?
Hi @not-good and thanks for posting.
Sorry you're having problems cancelling your monthly pass. I can help. I've sent you a message so please check your inbox and drop me a reply with the details.
Cheers
David
If the text on the page says restart subscription would that not point towards it not being active though?
I sometimes can't see buttons on websites that most other people can.
In my case, it is often due to the operating system that I use, (Linux Mint), having "Light" and"Dark" modes, (Themes). Sometimes these buttons show up in one mode but not the other, so if I can't see a button that I am expecting to, the first thing that I try is to switch modes Light<>Dark.
I think that Windows has similar Light and Dark modes?
Yes I am on Mint. I have been switching about trying themes and different browsers too. It shouldn't have to be an exercise to find these things. It is p*ss poor web design done on purpose to lift extra money out of customers.
I thought that too. But I have not cancelled anything. I don't think.

To be fair, I find the same thing with some Linux programs too, such as LibreOffice.
