My 97 year old mother in law is nearly blind, hearing impaired, has no mobility and suffers from several other illnesses. She has been very ill and has been admitted to a care home. I tried phoning BT for some advice on how to cancel the contract for the landline in her house but I was no wiser. Can anyone advise me please on the way forward? Although she does not have dementia, she is unable to deal with BT due to her age, fragility and physical problems. Thanks
