I phoned up to cancel my order but when I look online it’s say my order is still open. So I phoned up again to say I had cancelled my order and I got told it has been cancelled. Then i got a email on the 12th to say my hub is on the way. So you can’t off cancelled it. When i ask you to and you told me it was cancelled

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
All you can do is to ring BT. If any equipment arrives, then they should send you a returns bag.
If you cancelled within 48 hours of your service going active, then it would have been too late to stop equipment being sent out.
