Cancellation Boardband

Hello;

I called  BT  hotline on 11/02/2024 to cancel the boardband services and received  your returns bag on 20/02/2024. I  also put the BT  Kit into the return bag and mailed it . The Royal Mail has delivered that BT Kit to you on 28/02/2024. But why am I getting you new bill notification today saying that the fees for March will be directly debited from my bank account on 17/02/2024. I informed you of the cancellation of boardband one month ago and have sent the router. Why are you still charging me the monthly fee?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Hi @Ann97 BT requires 30 days' notice to cancel broadband, is this the final bill that's due to be collected?

You can also message the billing team from the contact us page and they will be able to check this for you.
