Hello, my mother has a contract with you for broadband and digital voice . The contract end date is February 2027.
Her health has deteriorated over there the past few months following a stoke , a fractured hip and the development of cognitive impairment. She is no longer able to live independently and has now permanently moved into a care home. She has no use of BT services now.
There is an LPA in place naming myself and my sister as attorneys.
Can we cancel the contract without cancellation charges please.
