Hello,
placed order for BT Full Fibre 100 on May 8th. Expected activation, failed, on May 22nd.
Apparently order cancelled, but no communication received about it, I'm still using the BT Fibre 1 with the contract expired on 18 May.
Regarding the Fibre 100 order, I have already received a new modem by post.
