Cancelled order

Hi 

I placed an order with BT as I'm leaving virgin. I was told that the order didn't go through . I've managed to sort this out ,but still don't have any confirmation that the 2nd attempt is successful.

Also I had a missed delivery from ups. They left a slip stating that it's gone to a shop nearby ,but I don't know if this is the BT order or not as I have no tracking.

Please help.

Try phoning CS 03301234150 and see if they can confirm your order has been placed and you should get an installation date.  The SH2 is normally delivered just 1/2 days before your installation date and usually by royal mail

Just need to go to shop and collect your delivery see what you received

Hi 

Yes I will contact them. But the shop is saying I need a tracking order. The problem is ,that I don't know what the product is and I don't have a tracking order .

Surprised not on slip left by UPS

you really need to phone CS and see if your order went through or has been cancelled again.  You should be able to set up BTID and then sign in to MYBT which will give all information you need

Hi @paulous2 BT use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver our equipment so I don't think your UPS delivery is from us.
