Cancelling BT Broadband and landline - Father in law moved to care home

Hello,

My father in law sadly had to be moved to a care home as he could no longer look after himself due to dementia.

He no longer requires Broadband or landline, I would appreciate assistance on how cancel please.

If you get in touch with our cancellations team on the number listed on this help page they'll be able to look over everything with this and make sure we get the cancellation sorted out.
