Good Evening
Can you please assist me in cancelling my Mum's landline and broadband. She has had to move into a care home following a stroke and I'm trying to reduce her outgoings as she has to self-fund for her care. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
Julie

Re: Cancelling BT on behalf of parent who has moved into a care home
I have ask the forum mods who are BT employees to help and they will post here. Do you have POA?
mods are very busy with other customer problems and may take few days to help

Hi @devinejulie

We can help you out cancelling your Mum's landline and broadband service as she has moved into a care home. I can imagine it must be a very difficult time for you guys at the moment.
I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
