Cancelling my BT services

Hi there,

my mother has a BT landline and BB package. she has moved into a care home and no longer needs these services.

How do I cancel these services and / or her account? 

it's not immediately obvious how to do this via the BT portal.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
