Cancelling tv everywhere and extra box

Hi, 

I have had the tv everywhere and extra box package since changing to BT a couple of years ago but have never been able to get an areal to work in the room we wanted it for.  How do I cancel the subscription please?

There is now a WiFi box you can order to replace it that doesn't need an aerial.

If you still want to cancel you'll have to call as there are no cancellation options online.

Oh that sounds perfect, would it just be a straight swap for the same price per month?
