I managed to get a one of paper bill FOC.
They did want to charge me, but based on them being unable to provide what they offer (and the cost is already factored into your bill) they managed to waive the cost.
It did take me nearly 1 hour and being bounced around for them to admit there was an issue !!
A bit worrying that there team were unaware of the issue, even though I highlighted the 'ongoing problem' in my first message.
Hopefully it wasnt just lip service and it arrives.

This isn't the solution though, it is a workaround as login to myBT is still not working.
Correct, it isn't a work around, but it provides a solution for what I personally need.

Great at last after a month of no access to my bt account for bills information etc .just logged on at 10 pm tonight and everything is working as it should.as I said on my previous comment bt rep on telephone said it should be working fine on the 15th may .but it has come back tonight..
Confirm all working OK for me this morning after no access for over a month. Able to get to billing and all aspects of my account details. Took 15 minutes to negotiate all the logon details and passwords etc but Hey Ho ... lets hope all's well from now on.
