I managed to get a one of paper bill FOC.
They did want to charge me, but based on them being unable to provide what they offer (and the cost is already factored into your bill) they managed to waive the cost.
It did take me nearly 1 hour and being bounced around for them to admit there was an issue !!
A bit worrying that there team were unaware of the issue, even though I highlighted the 'ongoing problem' in my first message.
Hopefully it wasnt just lip service and it arrives.
